Senate to take up bill on eminent domain | Concord Monitor
Legislation should not be a knee-jerk reaction to Northern Pass. This legislation could further complicate public-private participation on all public works projects. Repairing our infrastructure is a monumental task. Let's not take some options off the table because we are unwilling to see the greater impacts of these laws.
